1968 Mr. Den-Li Chen, the founder, began producing and selling shuttlecocks. 1972 Mr. Den-Li Chen exported shuttlecocks to Japanese badminton market. 1973 “Victor shuttlecocks Co.,Ltd”was established. 1976 The logo was first used, at the same year the racket factory was set up. 1977 products entered Austria, West Germany, Malaysia, and Canada and other countries. Victor brand sought to be an international brand. 1980 got the title-sponsored “VICTOR CUP” as a regular European tournament. At the same year Victor also sponsored Taiwan team and other international players. 1983 produced her first 100% carbon racket, named “COLUMBIA” and started sportswear business. 1984 “Victor shuttlecocks Co.,Ltd” was renamed “VICTOR RACKETS INDUSTRIAL Corp.” 1989 Victor moved her shuttlecocks production to mainland China. 1992 “Nanjing XinFu Industrial Co.,Ltd” was set up as Victor’s production base. The same year Victor’s first professional badminton shoe was developed. 1997 “Nanjing Xinfu Industrial Co.,Ltd” was renamed to “Nanjing Victor Physical Materials Ind, Co.,Ltd” 1998 entered Chinese local market. 1999 VICTOR signed with famous player: Fung Permati who was the runner-up in the World Badminton championships of that year. At the same year, Victor also sponsored the China open, China Masters Challenging tournament. Since then, began to sponsor many local and international tournaments and also provincial teams. 2002 Mr.Shu-Yuan Chen was appointed the general manager of the company. also sponsored the Chinese National Youth championships 2002-2005. 2005 sponsored 2005 China National badminton championship. 2006 sponsored four important tournaments in China from 2006-2008: Victor also sponsored China Junior team. VICTOR racket has been approved as inspection-free product by Chinese Commodity Inspection Bureau. 2007 signed with many international players, such as Eric Pang (Holland), Yao Jie (Holland), Sudket (Thailand), world Champion - Chen Hong. VICTOR also proudly sponsored the Men’s Doubles event at the China Open. 2008 Victor’s 40th anniversary and we are proud to announce that we have signed Saralee (Thailand) and Chan Chong Ming (Malaysia).
