Tai Tzu Ying took the first World Tour title at Indonesia Masters

Tai Tzu Ying, the No.1 Women’s Singles earned the first World Tour champion at Indonesia Masters on Sunday. It was her second straight finals appearance in 2018.

The queen faced Indian Saina Nehwal in finals. She had six wins in a row against Nehwal recently. Tai was on fire in finals, and finally won 21-9, 21-13 to take the crown in just 27 minutes.

After an upset first round went out at Malaysia Masters, Korean Men’s Singles Son Wan Ho reached semifinals at Jakarta.
