World Badminton Championships  men’s single winner Zhao Jian Hua cuts the ribbon

On March 11 a grand ceremony was held to open VICTOR’s flagship store in Singapore, the store’s opening showing that the VICTOR brand is set to continue its advance in Southeast Asia.

As well as attracting various professionals from the world of sport, school groups and badminton fans attended after hearing the news, with over 500 people attending in all, creating a wave of interest in VICTOR in Singapore.

The guest of honor on the day was Mr. Zhao Jian Hua, VICTOR’s global technical consultant and winner of the men’s singles at the 1991 world championships. He may be retired but he is still a big badminton star. After cutting the ribbon to open the store Mr. Zhao played an exciting friendly game with fans.

The VICTOR Singapore flagship store will be operated by Lai Cai Qin, winner of the women’s doubles at the 1990 at the BWF Grand Prix. She chose the brand because she both trusts it and has feelings for it, saying “More and more fans love VICTOR and I think it will just go from strength to strength.
