The VICTOR BWF Super Series Finals 2010 (VICTOR BWF SSF 2010) at Hsinchuang Gymnasium in Chinese Taipei on 5-9 January has had a wonderful end to the beginning of 2011.

BWF deputy president Mr. Paisan said that VICTOR gives the best support to the game and this is definitely one of the most successful Super Series tournaments.

South Korean‘s Lee Yong Dae-Jung Jae Sung beat Denmark’s Carsten Mogensen-Mathias Boe 21-18, 21-15 in the group stages, but in Sunday’s final they lost the game with a score of 21-17, 21-15.

In Sunday’s final, Lee Yong Dae-Jung Jae Sung got threatened by a fast attacking game plan and were forced to adopt a defensive strategy throughout the match.

Yong Dae said in a Press Conference that they aim at the next game, Proton Malaysia Open from Jan 18-23, and he is confident they will perform better.

 

Bae Youn Joo

 

In the women’s singles, South Korea’s Bae Youn Joo caught everyone’s eyes after beating China’s Wang Yihan in the semi-final. However, Youn Joo got too tired in that 62-minute match, and finally got defeated by China’s Wang Shixian with a score of 21-13, 21-15.
